Responsibilities:
- Well Experienced in Technical Service for heavy duty/trucks is a must.
- Well Experienced and Strong knowledge in technical service, controlling warranty process and quality follow up.
- Excellent knowledge of the automotive technology and service setup.
- Capable to produce technical reporting/documentation.
- Customer and Result Oriented.
- Strong leadership with VERY GOOD Communication Skills.
- MALE with the age around 35 - 45.
- Fluent English (speaking and writing) is a must.
- Bachelor degree from any reputable university.
- Provide Technical Service and Advisory to partners/dealers and customers.
- Technical Support and Knowledge Transfer to partners/dealers and customers to Drive recalls monitoring & achievement performance.
- Interface in Technical matters between company and dealers.
- Ensure proper Network Technical Assistance setup and competence
- Strong Customer interface: conducted customers and dealers visits.
- Follow up the TOP 10 technical & quality issues to ensure product quality improvement and implementation on the market
- Control warranty & quality handling administration, good use and performance of warranty, good will and surcharge budget from technical and commercial point of view.
- Conduct regular site warranty audits and secure proper process is in place at all time.
- Actively participate in technical quality and warranty related forum (different types of monthly meetings).
- Responsible for campaign procedures, Service communication & promotion.
- Transport management.
- Fleet & vehicle management.
- 24/7 Break down assistance & call centre services.
- Customer services & extended offering: FMC, service agreements, etc
