Responsibilities:
Consistently provide superior operations management to all business units by ensuring that all payments transaction are processed at the best possible solution as soon as the instructions were received
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline (majoring in Banking, Economic or Finance is preferred) from reputable university
Minimum 8 years of banking operation experience, with minimum 6 years experience in the area of Payment Operation
Having knowledge and understanding in Payment Operation processes and product
Having experience in Trade Service Operation will be an advantage
Having experience in Operation’s Business Continuity Process (BCP) as a tester or Coordinator
Having leadership skill
PC literate , Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
Effective and good communication skills and able to work efficiently within a team environment
Proficiency in written and spoken English
