Statement Production Officer

Responsibilities:

    To handle task in end to end process of producing daily and monthly statement, monitoring the delivery of those statements and following up complaint or queries regarding statement in timely manner

Requirements:

    Minimum Bachelor Degree, Any Major from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
    Minimum 1 year in banking operation experience, especially in the area of retail banking
    Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
    Having Experience to Provide statements production and Prepare report for daily production
    Accustomed with handling complaint and Vendor Management
    Service Excellence Orientation
    Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
    Having good communication and interpersonal skill
    PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
    Proficiency in written and spoken English
