Group Head Risk Management

Responsibilities:

    Develop risk governance and create common perception in term of risk management of multi function and business unit, therefore all risk can be managed effectively company wide.
    Create and implement ERM infrastructure which consist of framework, method, tools and guideline of modern and efficient risk management and company risk profile in risk management implementation in the company.
    Improve the understanding of risk management organizer from time to time, and increase their competency to respond to the risk effectively.
    Responsible in the development of monitoring system and data analysis of risk management for quality assurance of risk management and manage the control of risk management documentation.
    Ensure the risk management establishment by all units in the company, and responsible in reporting periodically to BOD, Audit Committee and Senior Management
    Implement risk measurement standard.

Requirements:

    At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Have experienced in Telecommunication industries is an advantages
    Have good communication skill both oral and writing in English
